Give Up?

I seem to be giving up habits just because I don't really need them. Weird.
  • I stopped drinking one day because I realized I just didn't need the alcohol.
  • I'm lessening my intake of sweets because I realized I don't need it.
  • I stopped eating meat because I don't need to put my body through that.
I wouldn't know how to make these decisions happen again, but just deciding that I don't need these things is certainly a more convenient way to make life-changing decisions.

It's funny what you really don't need but thought you did.
